Loka AI is looking for a third person in the founding team - for everything to do with business, go-to-market and building our product on the market. And don't worry: youdon'thave to bea startup veteran. It's more important to us that you want to grow with us.
🚀 Who we are - and what we plan to do
Loka AI develops AI-powered tools for the executive search and interim management industry, GDPR and EU AI Act compliant. Our goal: to make the recruitment industry smarter and more efficient with local AI.
We want to start EXIST funding from June 2025 - and we are looking for you as a co-founder tosuccessfully bring our product to users.
🔍 What we build
We are developing two AI-supported tools that make executive search work significantly more efficient:
- Internal search for candidates
Imagine Amazon search - but for the internal candidate databases of headhunters. We solve the problems of keyword searches and enable a semantic search. - Target company search
Imagine Dun & Bradstreet - but much better. A semantic search for target companies by industry, product range, location, company size, etc. Intuitive, fast and effective.
💼 Your role in the team
You are the bridge between product and market - you take our tool to where it is needed. Your tasks include

Lead generation, outbound sales & building strong relationships in the recruiting world

Marketing - online (e.g. LinkedIn, blog) and offline (e.g. events)

Designing contract and negotiation processes

Fundraising & maintaining contact with investors

Assistance with software testing, training & customer support

Tinkering with the business model together

Experience in recruiting / headhunting / executive search

Enthusiasm for technology & AI

Entrepreneurial curiosity & willingness to learn

Good communication skills, sales talent, openness to new ideas

Willingness to work full-time from the start of EXIST
🌱 Plus points (but not a must)

Current student or graduated in the last 5 years (for EXIST eligibility)

Interest in HR tech and/or AI

Experience in dealing with decision-makers
- Network in the HR industry
