Markus and Ha met Ajay at the BayStartUP competition - and were immediately impressed by his energy, his technical know-how and his passion for innovative AI solutions. It didn't take long to realize that Ajay was a perfect fit for our mission to revolutionize the executive search process with smart technology.
Ajay is a software developer with over two years of experience and an ever-growing interest in artificial intelligence and startups. He loves to develop solutions that combine practical use with innovative technology - exactly what we do at Loka AI.
In recent years, Ajay has, among other things:

co-developed an autonomous robot system (incl. SLAM & ROS2) during his internship at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences,

and recently programmed an exciting AI-supported tool for the automated creation of application letters - based on web scraping, NLP and local LLMs such as LLaMA.
Ajay is particularly passionate about the interplay between software, intelligence and entrepreneurship - where ideas become prototypes and prototypes become real solutions. This is exactly the mindset we need to continue to realize our vision: using local AI to make executive search more efficient, faster and compliant with data protection regulations.
And when Ajay is not programming? Then you can find him out in nature hiking or on the badminton court - always with a smile and a desire for new challenges.
