15. April 2025Last weekend, Markus Binder and Ha Do - the founding team of Loka AI - travelled to Tännesberg i.d.O. for the Startup Bootcamp Ostbayern, organized by Gründungshub Ostbayern. Two days full of hands-on workshops and founder panels reignited our motivation to develop secure and user-friendly AI tools for recruiters and applicants alike.
Our challenge - as a young start-up
In a young company, there is a constant tension between rapid product development and targeted reflection. At Loka AI, we know this: Only those who consciously take feedback on board and learn from it can ensure that every new function offers real added value for recruiters.
Bootcamp highlights
The bootcamp proved to us how valuable immediate feedback is. In Munay Zamarano's LinkedIn Masterclass, we learned how small, authentic stories help to build real connections. This motivated us to be even more transparent about our successes and hurdles in future.
At EULEWERK Regensburg, interactive exercises helped Markus and Ha to become more aware of their strengths. Communication games and reflection sessions made it clear how different personalities form a strong team.
Finally, Malte Windwehr gave us a clear guideline with his Problem-Market-Fit-Framework. Discussions with executive search experts and interim managers provided concrete tips on data security and process integration, which are now shaping our product development.
