Reflections from the Startup Bootcamp Ostbayern

Reflecting on the Journey
Over the last months, we pushed hard — from late-night coding to long train rides to meet potential customers. The program gave us:
- Expert coaching on product and fundraising
- A prototyping grant that helped us:

- Travel to meet customers
- Hire freelancers
- Upgrade our AI infrastructure
- Scale and refine our AI model
What We Achieved
With TMA’s support, we:
- Scaled our AI to handle 100,000+ CVs
- Boosted accuracy in identifying top candidates
- Prepared to apply for EXIST funding
Demo Day was an amazing chance to share our story and get feedback from mentors, founders, and investors.
Our next step
We are commit to our vision of secure AI agents for recruiting world. We will:
- Deepen CRM integrations
- Enhance AI industry tagging
- Move forward with the EXIST application
